SMOOTHER CLEARANCES
Importing food or beverages and tired of unexpected holds, unclear charges and confusing back-and-forth? We review your completed shipment records, find the gaps and explain what went wrong and why. Our paid diagnostic shows exactly what to fix before your next shipment. Just so you know, we don’t provide freight quotes or replace your existing broker.

Needs Attention
WHO WE CAN HELP
Some imports suit us perfectly, some need a quick chat first, and a few are simply outside what we handle
Just tell us your product and how often you import. No documents needed just to ask.
INSIDE THE DIAGNOSTIC
Your broker handles clearance. We look at completed shipments and show what to improve next time.
A list of missing or mismatched documents
Which past charges look unusual, and why they happened
Who needs to act, and what to change next.
EVERYONE’S ROLE
Imports involve several people, and confusion usually starts when nobody’s sure who owns a task. Here’s how responsibilities split between everyone, so you’ll always know exactly who to ask first.
IMPORTER OF RECORD
You remain importer of record, share shipment details, pay duties and taxes.
REGULATED CUSTOMS FILING
Your licensed broker prepares and files customs declarations under your signed agreement.
SHIPPING, PORT AND DELIVERY
Handles the physical side: overseas freight, port handling and delivery to you.
REVIEW WITHIN AGREED SCOPE
We review records and keep everyone working from the same information, only within what you’ve agreed.
Message your Port Access contact first. We’ll sort it out or loop in the right provider, then update you.
HOW IT WORKS
Five simple steps, and you stay in control the whole way. Nothing is paid, signed or started until you’ve seen the scope and price and said yes. You can stop after any step, with no pressure to continue.
HOW YOU’LL HEAR FROM US
Your Port Access contact keeps you updated by email at each agreed milestone, and reaches out straight away whenever something needs your input or decision. No chasing, no guessing where things stand.
This simply starts a conversation. The diagnostic and the pilot each need your written approval of scope and price before anything begins.
Send a short note about your products and how often you import. No documents or invoices needed yet. We’ll reply honestly about whether our service fits your situation.
Your decision: if it’s not a fit, that’s the end of it, with no cost.
If it looks like a fit, we’ll explain which shipment records we’d review, what you’ll receive at the end, how long it takes and exactly what it costs.
Your decision: approve the scope in writing, ask questions, or walk away.
Before any payment
We go through records from your completed shipments to find where delays, unexpected charges or document problems came from, and who needed to act.
Your decision: nothing extra is added without your approval.
price agreed first
You receive a clear, plain-language summary of document gaps, cost questions, responsible parties and practical changes to make before your next shipment.
Your decision: use the findings yourself, or consider a pilot.
Part of the diagnostic
For suitable customers, we help coordinate your next three shipments and apply the diagnostic findings to each one, so improvements actually stick.
Your decision: agreed separately, only if you choose to go ahead.
Optional · separate fee
The diagnostic shows what went wrong before. The pilot tests the fixes on real shipments.

Straight answers to what importers usually ask us. Still have a question? Send a short message and a real person will reply, no sales pitch.
It starts with a paid diagnostic of your completed shipment records. You get a written report covering document gaps, unusual charges, who was responsible and what to change next time. It doesn’t include filing declarations, freight booking or ongoing shipment handling. Hands-on coordination is only available through the optional three-shipment pilot, agreed and priced separately.
It depends on your product. Most imports involve a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus permits or registrations for certain foods.
Yes, and you keep your current broker. We don’t replace them. With your permission, we can share findings with them or ask questions about past entries. If you don’t have a broker yet, tell us when you reach out.
Yes, based on the records you give us. We’ll point out missing or mismatched
documents and requirements that look unmet. If something can’t be confirmed from what we have, we’ll say so clearly.
Ideally after you’ve completed a few shipments, so there are real records to review, and before your next order goes out. First-time importer, or have a shipment arriving urgently? Message us anyway.
