WEBSITE TERMS
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to Port Access Global. These terms explain how you can use our website and what to expect when you contact us. We’ve kept them as clear and simple as possible. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, just ask us.
You’re welcome to use this website to learn about our services, read our import guides and send us an inquiry. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by submitting false information, trying to access areas you’re not authorised to, or copying our content for commercial use without permission.
Sending an inquiry is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. It simply starts a conversation. Please give us accurate information so we can tell you honestly whether our service fits your needs. An inquiry doesn’t create an agreement for services, on either side.
We never start paid work without your clear approval. Before any paid service begins, we’ll share a written scope covering what we’ll review, what you’ll receive, the price and any important exclusions. Work starts only after you approve it.
Our shipment diagnostic and our optional three-shipment pilot are separate services, each agreed and priced on its own. Choosing the diagnostic never commits you to the pilot. The specific terms in your approved scope will apply to that work alongside these general terms.
We review documents, records and costs, explain what we find and help keep everyone working from the same information. We are not a customs broker or freight forwarder. Customs declarations and other regulated work are always handled by the appropriate licensed provider, and the decisions of customs and other government agencies are theirs alone. We can’t guarantee clearance times, release decisions or final duty amounts.
Our fees cover only the work agreed in your written scope. Broker fees, freight, duties and taxes, storage, demurrage, permits and other third-party charges are separate and are paid directly to those providers.
You’re responsible for making sure the information and documents you share with us are accurate and that you’re allowed to share them. Our findings depend on what we receive. If records are incomplete, we’ll clearly explain what couldn’t be confirmed and what’s missing, rather than guessing. When documents are needed, we’ll explain how to share them securely. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Our guides, checklists and articles are general information to help you get started. They aren’t legal advice and can’t replace a review of your specific shipment, because requirements change and depend on your product, origin and intended use. Any sample shown on this website is illustrative only and isn’t a real customer result unless clearly labelled as one. Listing a product in a guide doesn’t mean we support every type of shipment for it.
We work carefully, but we can’t be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us, decisions made by government agencies, or actions taken by third-party providers. Our responsibility for paid work is set out in your approved scope.
The text, design and materials on this website belong to Port Access Global. You’re welcome to share links to our pages or print guides for your own business use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We may update these terms as our services develop. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you approved any paid work will continue to apply to that work.
